about the artist:

my name is danielle medico and i am a boston native working as a full time artist + sommelier on nantucket island.

i am inspired by intricate details and all things in nature. i am happiest when i am making, traveling, drinking wine, star-gazing and present outdoors - a lot of which has a huge impact on my work and my subject matter.

i work primarily in graphite, pen + ink, and gouache/acrylic paints with a little printmaking mixed in!
